You shouldnt be cycling at that HIGH body fat buddy! A lot more sides...

I was going to say the same. You shouldn't have started with that high of body fat. What is your AI? Where is hcg?

I was 230lbs chubby as a mofo in January.
Lost 35-40lbs by march April dieting and hitting the gym 4 days a week
My wieght slowly started to increase because of the gain of muscle.
    Nothing much changed.
Decided 3 months ago to do a simple cycle.
Arimidex .3 eod no sides at all.
Wasn't taking any hcg. Don't know much about it.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks guys.

    Forgot to mention.
Aside from the obvious little shrinking of my nuts. No sides.
And I've been hitting the gym 6 days week minimum.
With a steady diet. Not looking to get shredded.
I want to work on my overall size.

You don't need juice to get your goal.

AAS is to protect your muscle while on low carb low calorie diet and prevent catabolism. (with low bf 10 and under)

...and to gain muscle mass when you hit your natural limits.

Losing fat is all about your DIET and the same for gaining muscle!!!

Not trying to sound rude, but with GOOD diet you would look way batter after 12weeks without any chemicals.

I can see the change, but I can't offer any advice at this time.
