Been at a training for the state shooting, repelling , dynamic room entry/clearing .
The days all start the same early PT that crushes you running more running with a 100 pound heavy bag on your shoulder followed by marching formations. Lots and lots of shooting. Having the time of my life.
But my shin pumps are killing my performance .there have been a few times that I almost had to tap out. I am off for two days and am back for another week on Monday. What can I take to stop the shin pumps.
