Im about to start week 8 of a 500mg test e cycle. problem is, from week 5 my gains have stopped. my strength is slowly rising but the weight is no more. starting weight was 78kg (171.6) and now I am around 84kg (185). around 13-14%bf.
my diet has been pretty good. I am eating around 3600 cals a day and I still cant put any more weight on. over 1000 surplus.
question is should I up the calories more, even tho its a high surplus as it is?
my age is 25, 6ft.
diet:
7am 150g oats, 200ml egg whites, 1 egg.
10am 150g oats 1 scoop ON protein
1pm 150g chicken breast 100g broc 100g oats
4pm 200g pork mince 100g wholemeal pasta
train 5pm 6pm
6.30pm 100g oats 1 scoop ON protein
9pm 150g chicken breast 100g broc 100g white rice
total cals 3620. 68g fat 425g carbs 280g protein![]()
