What supplements at what dosages and at what time frame do you take for liver support... suppose you are running dbol and you have NAC 600mg caps would that be enough and when would you take it for and how long and what dosages? Also your supposed to get in 1-2 gallons of water daily so how often should you do cardio to minimize the bloat? Consider you are an ectomorph and burn through calories like nothing. On my normal workouts I don't do any cardio and I'm still pretty lean.
