First cycle. Recommendations please!

Im 22, 6'1" 200 lbs Im running test cyp 250 and deca 300 every 4 days, along with 40 mg of debol a day. I'm early into my cycle but have some questions about estrogen blockers and pct. I have arimadex for flair ups and nova for pct. might get some hcg for pct. just wondering if I should run al or nova throughout my cycle starting even though I have no side effects. As for pct I plan on taking my last test shot 2 weeks after deca then starting nova 1 week after last shot. Only useful info please. Thanks!

Let me start by saying that running a cycle without AI is same as begging for tits (pair of your own), and many other problems.
Run .25mg arimidex every other day or everyday if needed.
Use Nolva 2 weeks after the last test injection. Get some clomid from Ar-r to run with Nolva for PCT. Clomid is very important for PCT, Nolva alone won't do.
Don't use hCG for PCT, it should be used throughout the cycle, just like ai.

I will start my arimadex right away. As for the pct ill have to get some clomid also. Iv gotten some people saying run nova and clomid and others saying run nova only. Apperently clomid can carry some bad side effects with it. "From what I was told". Thanks for the reply!

You still have time to get some hCG, your 1st cycle should be test only cycle.
If I were you I would abort it (there would be no need for PCT), and start over once you get everything you need.

Do you think it would be a good idea to drop the deca and continue with test? How vital is hcg and as for getting stuff I can have whatever I order in 4 days. I should of came onto this forum long ago and wouldn't be in this situation lol

Yes I think dropping deca and dbol is a good idea.
hCG is important because it will help you with the recovery. It keeps your boys at work.
I think you need to invest some time into researching steroid related information. You need to be prepared to cycle safely. So it's best to stop everything, educate yourself and then make a decision.

^^ Check this thread out, read all the articles in there. One very knowledgeable member on this forum put a lot of time into writing those articles. In my opinion this is a must read for every beginner, would be a shame to ignore all that free information.

Here is a perfect beginner cycle layout:

- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

Post Cycle Therapy should consist of both Tamoxifen (Nolvadex ) and Clomiphene (Clomid). The combination is important as they work in synergy to help you recover. Running only one of them will hinder your chance of recovery some. Your PCT protocol for this cycle should look like the following:

Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
