Pill splitter

So I'm going to be taking .25 mg of Arimidex EOD as directed on here, I have the 1mg tablets and was wondering if a pill splitter will split them twice or if it would just crush them the 2nd time around???

Hardest part is getting it set for the second cut

my pill splitter is a piece of junk. But still better than a razor blade. I have yet to find a nice one that always gets it even though.

Yes ,the pill splitter works well. Like the other said the 2nd cut is tough ,especially if you have big fingers. I use Use a tooth pick to position the pill correctly.

You could try a splitter. I like using a sharp razor blade (BE CAREFUL!!!)
