What type of Hgh you running?
What are you looking to achieve goal wise with 4iu's 5/2? I use this protocol for fat loss mainly along with t4.
Results will depend on if you are using pharmacy grade or chinese stuff. I am on day 5 of my current cycle, and I have some sore joints, and some intercranial pressure for side effects so far. As far as results go, so far I am noticing slight muscle hardness/fullness throughout the day, and not being tired as much as I used to be.

I've used generic for a while and I can tell you that it's definitely not as good as the pharma. I still get good results after 6 years on the generics so I just pinning 5iu/ed.
You wont be using real hgh it will be either fake, some form of growth releasing peptide or some form of anti-diuretic hormone. Its not worth using generics you buy cheap you get crap seek pharm grade and you will see what real gh can do to the body. Don't be blinded buy price or some wonderful source

I'm on week 3 of my cycle taking 2iu of genotropin quickpen first thing in the morning 5day on and 2 off.I'm a really bad sleeper no matter what I take and so far my sleep hasn't inproved.obviously protein only for breakfast about 30mins after pin and no carbs for about 4hrs.
It's just working out that way coz I normally have carbs for breakfast but not with mid morning snack and then again at lunch.they say 2 hrs before carbs but hey everyone has a different opinion on it.

why pinning in the morning? It takes 12 hours for the hgh to peak serum IGF so by pinning in the morning, you're suppressing your own GH release at night.
