    Steroids just for a casual boost

    hey guys,

    I am looking to do one, maybe two, cycles of steroids just for a boost in mass and recovery. Not looking for crazy results, just better than if i wasn't taking anything. no shots. Got a couple questions:

    What should I use?

    How should i use it?

    Will it even help?

    Age: 23
    Weight: 136 lbs (I am a really skinny guy. Its always been a challenge to gain mass.)
    Height: 6'
    Work out regiment: 3 times a week with a trainer. (Im starting this week from a 1 year hiatus from working out.)

    Skipping all the obvious why you should not..Have you done any lab work to see if you might actually NEED testosterone and not as a casual thing? With that said...

    Androil 40

    Pill. Absorbed via the Lymph system. I had good results on it for TRT before changing to injection. Reality is this...the impact will depend on your eats because the small intestine is in the absorption path.

    Eating your meals with the pills is very important. The pill is gone from your system in 16 hours so you need to take 3x a day.

    I found good results for TRT plus gains at 6 pills a day. For straight TRT with good attitude was 4-5 pills a day and for just good labs it was 4 pills a day. This is straight testosterone.

    You should research some compounds and read on the forums to get a better understanding of what its all about. But if you wanted a boost it would look something like this

    week 1-12 Test enthanate 250mg/week pinned twice a week
    week 1-14 arimadex .25mg every other day
    week 1-12 hcg 500iu every week pinned twice a week

    week 14-18 PCT Clmoid 100mg/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

    This would be the bare minimum if you wanted just a little boost. You need support compounds and pct. Theres no once a day pill to take, you have to take the shot. Pills are typically the more harmful compounds.

    Please do not touch steroids they will be pointless to someone like you. It's obvious your not eating correctly or training right. If you sort these two areas out you will easily achieve your goals. Do not shut down your natural test for no gains because without a doubt you will lose everything you gain after you stop the cyvle because your diet and training can't support any new muscle tissue growth. Don't listen to anyone who tells you different at 6ft and 135lbs its screaming at you what the problem is.

    What Marcus said, you need to learn how to eat. It's hard to believe at 6' you only weigh 135. Eat, eat, eat, you don't need steroids at this point.

    I know it's hard to believe but it's true. And what ever the problem is it isn't me not eating enough. Just today I ate a breakfast of 2 chicken thighs, 2 drumstick, 3 waffles, greens, and mac and cheese; for lunch I had a 1 1/2 foot sub sandwich; I made a quesadilla in between lunch and dinner; and for dinner I had a chipotle chipotle burrito that probably weighed more than a pound. Just a couple minutes ago I polished off an entire bag of pita chips and half a bag of salami. That's not me trying to bulk either. I consistently eat way more than anyone I know. I've been to a few doctors about it and apparently there is nothing wrong with me other than a lightning fast metabolism and low blood sugar. Anyways I guess I will just not use roids seeing as it's useless if not bad for me.

    Mate that food is shit and not nearly enough. If your not gaining weight its because your burning off more than your eating. Its simple science. Lifting 3 times a week is not enough either. You need to eat till your sick and wana puke and just keep eating beyond that.

    Steroids are not magic if your diet and training is shit they will do very little.

    Here is dorian yates diet from 1986

    Breakfast:
    6 egg whites with 2 yolks
    150 grams of oatmeal
    50 grams of raisins
    3 slices of whole-wheat toast
    1/4 pint of skim milk
    orange
    multivitamin/mineral pack
    amino acid tablets

    Midmorning:
    2 scoops of milk/egg protein blended with a pint of skim milk
    orange

    Lunch:
    7 oz. tuna
    100 grams pasta (dry weight)
    2 oranges
    carb drink
    amino acid tablets

    Midafternoon: Workout

    Post-training:
    2 scoops milk/egg protein blended with pint of skim milk
    3 bananas
    2 protein bars

    Evening:
    8 oz. chicken or steak
    300 grams baked potato
    200 grams vegetables
    pineapple
    amino acid tablets

    Supper:
    5 egg whites and 1 yolk

    25 grams of raisins
    amino acid tablets

    5,000 Cals
    30% protein
    55% carbs
    15% fat

    It is your diet and once you learn how to eat to build muscle you will start to gain muscle. Your eating like a 6ft 135lb man and the calories are worthless. Check out our nutrition section for guidance

    Steroids and casual should never be used in the same sentence. You could gain a ton of weight if you learned how to eat correctly. Visit the nutrition section and learn what your tdee is and start to grow. Steroids are useless to you at this point.

    Lately ive changed nothing in my diet other that eating an extra 10 eggs spread out through the day. its only been a week and I am already bigger and feeling more lean.

    Up your protein and eat more nutritional sources

    They are not for you dude...

    You're way too skinny, obviously not eating right & a 3 day a week workout regimen...? No wonder you're so small. And unless you're working out at a well known gym in the bodybuilding industry or an ex builder is your trainer id say trainers are a Waste of time & money.

    Save that money for some food! Check out the nutrition section, we'll get you squared away there!

    Wtf why would you give this fella cycle advice? He needs to hit up the diet and nutrition section. He mentions he has a trainer exactly what is the trainer doing for him?

    Its not cycle advice. The way he asked about it, to me, implied he was looking for kinf of a one a day pill that will give him some sort of boost. i was simply stating that even at the bare minimum, it requires several shots a day and several compounds. The first line of my statement was suggesting more research. For some one looking to just take a pill and doesnt like shots, my statement would be likely be a deterrent. And if he says **** it and wants to do it any way, at least he has an idea of what needs to happen

    You gave really bad advice please. The OP is 6FT 135lbs he doesn't need a cycle like you suggested. You may need to do more research in future and let the more experienced give advice to guys who need real help.
