Thread: Order Issue - No Feedback!

    Angry Order Issue - No Feedback!

    Ordered liquid tamox on May 1, shipping to Switzerland.

    1) Received no email confirmation for my order.
    2) Wrote to AR-R via their website twice same day, no reply so far.
    3) Sent an email on May 2, still no reply.

    So until now => no email confirmation for my order AND no feedback whatsoever to my email / messages
    Credit card was charged.
    I just don't get it.

    My guess is that it all went into your spam folder. Customer service answers all emails. The store automatically sends out confirmation emails.

    PM me your name and order number and I will look into it.

    I checked my spam folder every day, nothing. 2 min ago wrote another email to serviceATar-r.com...

    Customer service emailed you on the 1st with avs issues. You responded and got it to work. Then cs emailed you back with a tracking number.

    Also, on the 2nd they emailed you again with tracking. I personally saw the sent messages.

    Your order is on the way. Do you want me to post the tracking here?

    Your emails got kicked back to us. So the issue is on your end.

    take it easy mate. ARR is a reliable vendor. it's only been a few days, and some of those days were over the weekend. If they tried to rip you off, I'd be the first one to help you kick their ass. But they have a good track record, and in all fairness to them, a couple of days delay here and there is not that big of a deal.

    They have a reputation to protect, and it seems highly unlikely they will risk their reputation over any single order.

    Sure, i don't see any issue in having to wait a week or two for delivery. It's just weird not to see any emails..

    ar-r, thx for looking into it. I deactivated spam protection, will ask CS to resend those emails to me.

    They're not going into spam...they're getting kicked back to us.

    oh now i see... feeling kind of helpless, esp that I can't even PM you (((
    I've emailed my wife's email to ar-r support, maybe it could work if they respond to her..
    Also asked forum support to enable pm function for me.

    But hey, thanks again for responding swiftly. really appreciate. Hope dies last
