prop/fina/eq question

I am planning a prop fina eq and possibly winny cycle. I have the prop and the eq, but the fina wont be ready for another week. Is it ok to start the prop and eq and then start the fina when it comes in?? Should I wait for the fina to come in before i start the prop and start the eq? Should I wait for the fina to come in before I start all three.
