I would dose at 100mcg each- 3x/day.
Id also consider switching the sermorelin out for Mod grf 1-29.

Its like a low dose/anti aging dose of gh but sermorelin IMO isnt as good a choice as mod grf.

I cannot really remember how to reconstitute. How do I reconstitute, had to do it for hcg a while back but forgot. I am doing Ipa & Mod GRF 1-29 in 2mg bottles. What should the cycle specs look like?

ID do 100mcg of each 3x/day. To reconstitute just add the correct amount of bac water to the vial. This will help you with the amount and measuring your pin: Peptide Calculator
