Been running a test e and EQ cycle for 15 weeks now, have 5 weeks left.
Its coming into summer in aus and ive been bulking hardout, put on some decent muscle but its time to shred soon i think.
But the thing is i dont wanna come off and feel super flat through summer, realistically i wanna maintain or even keep gaining but for the most part getting leaner.
The goal for this summer was 90kgs at 10% whatever it took. Currently around 91kgs at 13%
Im in 2 minds about what i should do.
