test e + deca first cycle ,confused for hcg, adex to take or not plz help

Hi i m 25,
5'9"
Weight- 70 kg

I want to start my first cycle
Test e 500mg/ week
Deca 500mg/ week
Workout 7 days/ week( hard)

Confused to use hcg, adex with cycle or not
Search to much and confused to use or not, i buyed hcg 5000iu vial, adex 1mg strib, nolva and clomid, plz help how and when to take hcg and adex.

Some people take hcg on cycle twice a week, other people take it before pct or with pct clomid/nolvadex.
Its all up to you.
The ai should be taken while on cycle to prevent gyno.

I wouldn't run Deca in with a first cycle. It's one of the hardest on your HPTA to recover from.
Test only on the first cycle.

Thnx a lot for that link, its cover my 99 % doughts, one last thing, i hv an hcg vial of 5000iu, should i use im or s/c.
And can i use the same vial everytime,bcoz u say 250 iu ever 3.5 day, i put in fridge after 1 use, is there a problem in this

You can do either but sub Q is easier

Week 1-12 deca 500/week(split into 2 doses)
Week 1-14 Adex 0.25eod

Then pct look like this
Nolva 75/50/50/50
Clomid 40/20/20/20.

Run the test for 2 more wks so 14wks so it gives the deca more time to clear. Get a DA (dopamine agonist) caber or prami to keep on hand incase you get prolactin issues.

And you have your nolva and clomid round the wrong way.

i'm actually very impressed. you've done your homework. most first-timers don't do any research and just jump right in....then lose everything after the cycle and wonder why. other than the fact that you should be sticking to test-only for your first cycle, it looks pretty solid. this probably would've been better for your 2nd cycle....too late now I guess.

Extend your PCT like since you're using deca. If this is your first cycle and you're 25, you're probably going to see the same results using test and deca that you would if you just used test. This is your journey and we all have to make our own choices as to what compounds we're going to use and blah, blah, blah. But, dude,do blood work before and midway through your cycle. Otherwise, that Adex dose little more than a guess. Good luck.

Calcium 250mg 2 tab daily
Becauscles 2 tab daily
Evion 400mg 1 tab daily
Multivitamin 1 tab daily
10egg white daily
Liver 52 4 tab daily
I hv creatine in hand and taking daily, can i take creatine during cycle

You can take creative but you may end up holding too much water, but that's up to you. I would also run the tes an extra week due to the Esther clearing time in deca.

More test. Less deca. Especially if you want sex. Deca could shut you down like no other. Especially at 500 500 Such a horrible cycle Where are people getting these cycle plans?

Run Test AT LEAST 2 WEEKS past Deca. Ideal would be test 14 weeks at 600mg or more and Deca at 300-400 mg for 10 weeks.
