Hello to all, i really have enjoyed reading the forum and am making this post to just clarify two things.

I’m going to start my first cycle, just test E at 500mg a week. I have clomid and nolvadex for pct. I have seen many conflicting answers as to dosing for these two. I have also seen several posts that do an do not recommend something like arimidex the entire cycle. Ive also seen people recommending nolvadex for the entire cycle. Is there any pros and cons? Just seeking to get an answer one way or the other.

Start Adex @ .25EOD to start blood work will tell you if you need to adjust it.

I appreciate the fast reponse. I plan on starting after the first. Getting pre cycle blood work done next week. Obviously if I’m doing 10 weeks, i need to get blood work done on week 5?

Edit: I over looked the time table given in Austinites forum for planning first cycle.

I have some extra, free Anavar that i got my hands on. Would it be useless to take it as a preworkout? Ive read mixed reviews on the subject. If so at what dosing?

It’s not a pre workout compound. Save it for another cycle.

Also, extend this cycle to 12 weeks.
