New to the forum, will probably be full of questions on the other threads. 22 from Dayton, OH.
One question I do have, is before I do a cycle, should I begin lifting before a few months? I'm 6'1, 265 or so. I've seen it suggested not to do a cycle if you're super small, but does me being overweight (not a ton of muscle here, some, but i'm chubby) puts me at risk for injury too. I've lifted before but that was in high school so it's been years and I'm looking to begin within week, waited out January for all the resolutionists to give up on their dreams and the local gym not be crowded.
