Ok, handheld (which I know is only accurate for tracking progress) says 10.8%. 7 point caliper at my nutrionist says 8%. My home scale says 18%. I originally was well, IDK. I have a before and after my cut pic. I was 215 before a cut and 185 when finished. So if I’m still in the high teens which I feel I am then I musta been pushing 30% before I cut. I just have a weird body with wide hips. I have attached my original before and after and my current from today. Curious what other opinions are on my original pre cut bf and after. Then on current from today. I have gained 5 pounds since the after in my black and white. I just don’t want to bulk on this cycle and end up back to the guy on the left in the black and white then cut right back to square one. I think I just need a lot more overall mass. If I am estimated to be high teens I am not so sure a heavy bulk on this cycle is a smart idea.
