    Not getting password reset email

    Checked all my folders. Nothing.

    Yes, I have the password saved on Tapatalk, but not PC. I did the password reset through Tapatalk as well, and still no email. I tried change password as well but need the original to do so

    Not getting password reset email

    Ive tried numerous times to have an email sent to reset my password. I have yet to get that email. I have a new laptop and would like to log in on it, but cannot because Ive forgotten my password. I usually stay logged in on my desktop, so Ive forgotten it.

    Help?

    Please start your own thread regarding this in this section. It makes things easier for *Admin* to monitor.

    Start a thread and let me know the email your trying to get it sent to...

    I don't know if this helps *ADMIN* or not but I have had a similar automatic e-mail problem as well. When I first signed up for this new account it said it was going to send me a automatic confirmation e-mail and that I wouldn't be able to start posting until I confirmed the e-mail. Never got that e-mail and after several hours tried to log on and it worked so I started posting away.

    let me change it to 12345 and then you go in and change it

    not seeing a reason it is not going through... sorry...
