HGH vs Anavar vs Deca vs MK677 for joints

Just registered here but have been lurking for several months while trying to learn more.

Several years ago, I tore the meniscus in my right knee, and they removed most of it. Squats became difficult after that, even though I never went heavy on those. I like to run and prefer to retain my speed and stamina for it.

About two years ago, my shoulders and wrists started hurting. It prevented me from continuing to lift. Then began a cycle of lifting until they hurt, then taking time off to recuperate, and over again. So I've become less active since then.

I'm thinking toward a test/var cycle soon, and will ask about that later.

Mainly, my first question is, "What are the best compounds to fix up my joints, as much as possible?"

At 43, I don't mind supplementing with an otc product (I already use fish oil), but I'm asking for your insight on stuff like HGH, var, deca, MK677, etc.

HGH seems to be the go to compound for this, with an ai. Is this the best solution?

Thinking to try a 12 week test/var cycle, that begins with HGH and test e, and then adds var for weeks 5-12.

I'll check out the turmeric/curcumin. Didn't know that helped joints.

HGH in the long run? You mean to run it for several months?

I had run a bottle each of BPC-157 and TB-500 together, since a lot of folks said to stack them. But the instructions are so specific, them being fragile, that I was paranoid about handling them and whether I'd rendered them useless.

Was planning to use Test e, so my thought was to front load that so it would be working fully when I added var. Why better to front load var?

For me personally Anavar does nothing for my joints, same goes for MK677.
Deca I´ve heard is great for the joints, but needs a good read because it follows with a host of other issues.
I would guess in that case NPP would be a better choice to have a "feel" and be able to correct it if necessary.

HGH is expensive and often fake/ underdosed.

I would in all regards try work around the issues you have rather than solve them with temporary compounds
for relief. You might be able to draw some benefit and with a rehab protocol strengthen damaged or weak parts
of your body, but I would suspect you would push harder and heavier with mentioned and with that have it
contra-productive, especially when you come off.

You also say you've become less active. While I fully understand why, I would suggest against Steroids before you
have that in order (including fat %, food, sleep, etc).

Collagen Type 1 and 2 has helped me together with alternative exercises to re-train my own parts.
I noticed a snap in my lower back recently that hurt A LOT caused by deadlift and squat in same day (dumb).
Healed and then I went overboard with legpress and managed a rounded back - damaged again.
Drove MC 3 hours on bumpy roads and damaged it further.

Started heavy doses of collagen, fish oil, vitamin/ mineral supplements and food increase, started focus more
on Abs to help stability and then jumped to leaning legpresses standing (easier on controlling knees and back)
aaand pain gone!

All in all, I suggest no fun stuff yet and instead make sure you find a path around it. Get back on track so you can
push your limits, then jump on the fun stuff if you deem it right for you.

Deca is what keeps my joints intact - period


I've never had an injury(thankfully), but I get so many ligament pains & aches + back aches


On, deca - I say, I'm about 70% better


Can't comment on GH - never ran it long enough to tell

No noticeable negative sides at all - no common "deca dick" issue or anything else really

Possibly. But I am very susceptible to the Deca mental sides. First time I tried it, there was no surprise that it fucked with my head cause I did 500MG weekly.

Second time, I am pretty sure it was only 200MG. Fucked with my head nearly as hard as the 500MG. It turned me into an emotional wreck. I did a lot of damage to my relationships.

I never got Deca Dick though.

That's how Deca-Dick happens, because DHT that provides androgenic activities, male characteristics! With it down, the "stick doesn't go up.


Carbegoline, pramipexole, bromocriptine were widely used to deal with these psychological sides. They are prolactin blockers that deal with the effects on the brain. But the most used is the steroid masteron which blocks prolactin too!

I also broke guy, as using a higher dose of deca over testosterone on cycle was one of the worst things I did. I suffered side effects such as sexual libido etc. I think it's best to leave the deca dosage at a minimum of around 300-400mg per week. The 200mg deca dosage does not bring gains, it only helps in the recovery of joints and muscle

Is that right? I just assumed that those ancillarries only helped with the physical side effects. That is interesting. If I ever run it again, I will use one of those drugs.

I did however use 600 Mast with the 500MG Deca cycle though and still got wacky. Dunno, maybe I was on too much stuff. I was on 500 Test/500 Deca/50MG Anadrol and 600Mast.

For the other cycle I was only on 250Mg Test with 200MG Deca and 50MG winstrol.

The drugs listed above are dopamine agonists. They have the ability to activate dopamine in the brain.

They can help with the psychological sides, but beware of them because they also have downside side effects.
