    Muscle Spasm while sleeping

So I am running a normal beginner cycle of 500mg test e.

I have been having muscle spasms/cramp at night while i’m sleeping in my legs (shin/calf area). To describe the pain: 8.5/10, leg instantly tenses up for about 10 seconds. It wakes me up and literally causes me to shout out in pain. Is this normal? I remember this happened one or two times for my first cycle. I’m assuming it’s my muscles reacting to the test?

    Anyone experience something similiar?

Yes, but not while on test. It normally happens to me because of my hydration level. For me my calf goes into super flex mode. Wish my calf looked that good all the time, but it does hurt enough to wake up a sleeping bear!

Experiment with potassium and magnesium. They say that cramping during rest could be a potassium deficiency, while cramping during exercise is a magnesium deficiency. I’d take potassium a couple of hours before bed for a few days and see if it makes a difference. If not, try magnesium.
