Higher Dosed Sustanon Causing More Soreness. That Normal?

I used to get 300mg Sus, but recently, they're now carrying 500mg, so figured I'd try it. Not sure if it's the higher concentration or something else different that they're doing, but the soreness from this one is a lot more than usual. It also usually leaves a lump there for a few days. No burning, no redness, no fever, just soreness and a lump for a few days. But, this is only at TRT levels, so I could only imagine how bad it would be at higher doses on a cycle later on. Is this typical with more concentrated test like this?

It is very typical of higher concentration gear.
