So I haven't been on the farm for 10 years at least been down and out with back surgeries and whatnot obese got skinny started lifting now I'm back in Action again in the process of my first cycle back probably 4th or 5th total Cycles I'm running 600 test e/w and 300 deca/w my question is I started off pretty lean and I grew exponentially because I hadn't cycled in so long and got back to my fighting weight so to say and now I'm battling weight gain in my belly and face is it just a deca diet is complicated but basically I don't eat very many carbs at all but high on my protein intake and it's slightly high caloric but I'm not eating many carbs at all I can't do cardio so how do I get rid of the belly because I'm looking good elsewhere thanks in advance
PS I am 56 6 ft 3, 245 lb I work out 5 days a week two on one off three exercises per muscle group I f****** tear it up body fat starting out was probably 16 who knows where I'm at now I got a belly a little bit
