Does anyone know how to beat this tennis elbow thing I got a shot in my elbow a couple months ago but it's back again every time I use it to do lifting movements in certain directions it just kills me I used to be able to work through it but it's really bad now any ideas? Is it just going to take time?

Tyler twists work for me. You can buy the flex bar on Amazon. You may need to rest if to get rid of the inflamation first but I started doing these months ago and I have no pain now.Originally Posted by gunnery
