Here are a couple of photos from my competition a couple of weeks ago. Stats are 24 y/o, lifetime natural, 5'9.25" ~176-180 on stage. I will post more when I get them. Any constructive criticism welcomed.

Congrats bro! Overall huh? You bring a very nice package to the table when your cut up. Your midsection is untouchable and I'm digging all those striations that pop out everywhere in the second pic. You should post a back pic. I know you got some incredible detail there too. You packed on some size since your last comp, I can tell. Jeez, those pics are freakin intimidating since I plan to compete in the same area as you next year. It won't be a natural show though. I have a buddy here that took the heavies at his first natty show up in NJ a few months ago. I think if I showed him your pics, I'd finally be able to convince him to get on the juice. Really, there aren't many natural guys that can hang with that. You're a regular Skip Lacour (although I still think he's in denial myself.) I will definitely be in touch with you when I get closer to my comp. I'm thinking the MD State or the Bodyrock show.

Pump - both the MD State and Bodyrock are very competitive shows.....the Bodyrock is definitely bigger and can really draw out the freaks.....drop me a line and let me know which one you enter....I will probably be in the audience at both of these.....

what comp in nj?physique 2003?the gold classic here is next weekend.yo, if you do either one of those shows let me know.i could use a vacation and that would be cool to check out the shows.

PB- I'll be in touch with you bro when my show comes up. My buddy did this show called the INBF "Warrior Challenge" and won the heavyweight class. They wouldn't let him enter the open for the overall because it was his first show and he was in the novice class but he would’ve gave the overall guy a run for his money, no doubt. For never juicing, he came in great condition at 5'10, 180. Legs were his strong point, huge quads, and he was shredded. He definitely could not hang with my boy dam though, that's for sure. Dam, I'm still in awe of those pics bro. You've done some amazing things without AS.

Wow!....That is all I can say. As a fellow - and far inferior - natural, I salute you! You have made some tremendous gains between your last show and this one. One of these days you will have to detail your off-season and pre-contest dieting and training methods. Your chest, in particular, seems to have grown quite a bit. Great job!!
