Post Cycle Therapy

I am planning out a Sustanon/Equipose cycle in the coming weeks. My question is about post cycle therapy. If I am running sust and eq for 10 weeks, when should I start my clomid?? Is it 3 weeks after my last shot? Also, should I take anything else besides clomid?

I am planning on running clen at the end of the cycle also to help cut up abit. Thanks for any input.

Yes it's 3 weeks after the last injection you would start PCT. Yes run nolva durring PCT

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 11 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 12 - 21 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva

Thanks alot for the reply. Another question about my diet while I am on cycle. If I am bulking, how many calories/protein/carbs should I be taking in a day??

there is clomid schedule which tells you when to start taking clomid after a certain AS, I don't have the link available because I am lazy but a simple search will show it
