i don't know why i just thougth of this, but once a few years ago, i was doing a glute shot, and i must have hit a nerve and my butt cheek clenched up and the needle shot out of my muscle! it was the wierdest thing....

nah, that's never happened to me. i've hit nerves in my quads before and it'll twitch on me and scare the **** out of me. but that's about it.

Key you smartass. I've done a quad shot before where my leg jumped up. I had it resting, and hit a nerve and my leg flew up.
