colon cleansing products?

Does anyone know of any good colon cleansing products? I want to do this before my next cycle but I don't know what to take. Thanks for the help.

I have actually thought about going to a doctors office to get flushed..ewww. No.. seriously I have heard very good things about colon cleansing no matter how or why you do it- it is supposed to be great for you. Hope it all comes out alright.

I did colon hydro-therapy and I absolutely love it! I have gone 3 times already and now I am trying to go once a month. It is great for cleaning out your colon, getting everything in there to work properly, and clean all the toxins out of your system.

Prune Juice.

Just a warning on the prune juice if you drink to much your going to be in a world of hurt. Drink about 8-12 oz and let it work its magic lol. I went over board and drank a 32 oz container of prune juice and I was hating life for the next 15 hours.

many physicians don't like the practice of colon cleansing. There are heathy, and necesary microbes/bacteria in your intentine. Flushing them out isn't necessarily a good thing. As long as you have a good diet, high in fiber and are regular, you should need a colon cleansing....as far as removing toxins etc...what do you think shitting does?

I'd pass...if you're worried about it, go buy and give yourself an enema...much cheaper.
