Can some one post a good 4 excercise routine
If You are looking for Mass, I did like this one
DB Military, Barbell Raise, DB Front Size Raise, Shrog
For Cut, Arnold Press, DB Side Raise,Negative Barbell Raise, Bent Reverse Fly.
what is shrog and negative barbell riase
i think he means shrug, and really know what the other one is,but the exercises he has listed will work well
I just got back from doing shoulders and theyre burning. I did DB military press (1 warm up, 3 sets, then 2 drop sets), front raises (4 sets) side db raises (4 sets), shrugs, and some raises for real delts.
barbell mil. presses, lat raises, rear delts... for traps, i hit calf machine and DB shrugs..
here you go, 3 is all you will need remember quality over quantity,
1.barbell standing military press strict from until last few reps 3-4 sets 6-10 reps
2.lateral raise 3 sets 12-15 reps
3.Shrugs 3 sets 10-15 reps
do every 4-8 days depending on your w/o schedule
Go as heavy as possible with good form.
