Never been much into supplements other than whey, vitamins, and glutamine. But, I may try some creatine when I am completely done with my current cycle.
What is the name or chemical name of the newer creatine that apparently doesnt cause as much bloat?

What is the daily dosage for a 200lb person? I think I read roughly 4 grams total per day... 1.5-2 before workout, and another 1.5-2 sometime during the day
yeah thats it- watch out though the stuff has a very harsh taste to it. its probably worth going ahead and capping it. The recommended dose is between 3-5g ED, right now i am on 4.5 and am seeing great results!
