How should i take these?

Hey guys/gals how’s it going? It’s my turn to ask for help. This is the first time that I am going to take supplements besides Whey and Creatine. And I want to know how I should take the items below, all at once or start one then 3 weeks start another then another 3 weeks start another. Or should I just follow the directions on the bottles? :unsure: Also am I doing an over kill on some of the things, and if so what are the negative out comes?
BTW I am 5’11”, 165 lbs, Male, currently playing soccer so I got the aerobic part down pat.

Molecular Nutrition Boldione, 60 caps/100mg
Directions: Take 1-2 capsules 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 12 weeks of continuous use.

Molecular Nutrition Viratase, 90 caps/50mg
Directions: Take 1-2 capsules 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 12 weeks of continuous use.

Molecular Nutrition 3-Alpha, 60 caps/50mg
Directions: Take 1-2 capsules 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 12 weeks of continuous use.

Avant Labs 4-ADerm, 8 oz
Directions: apply & allow 1-5 minutes to dry. One ml (1.5 squirts) contains: 50mg of 4-androstenediol. Dosing: 5-10 squirts, 2 times per day. Do not use for more than two weeks without taking at least four weeks off.

i am still skeptical on those products you listed, the only "prohormone" i would run is either 1-AD or 1-Test as 1-test is an actual steroid (As i am to understand) which wasn't researched and therefore not blacklisted like the others... 1-AD converts to 1-test, also they do not aromatize into estrogen so there is no fear of gyno induced by taking them, get some ergopharm 1-AD or Molecular Nutrition 1-T ethergels and use them at 200mg weeks 1-2 300mg 2-4 200mg 5-6 i believe thats somewhere in the neighborhood of 2 bottles....

this is only my understanding of those products.

if you get diet and exercise under control you should not need much more then creatine and whey to get big bro. :)

which looks like what you have bought as far as the Molecular Nutrition Viratase i did not worrie about buying that

also i did the 4 Week Super Muscle Cycle instead of 10sqts i used 15 and instead of six pills i used 8 starting on week 9

i gained about 6lbs but that could of been from upping my cals and busting my ass in the gym 6lbs was not worth the money

you might try running a 6 week session of 1-ad in there w/ the rest of the stuff
