I just got some maltodextrin mix for my PWO. I usually have an 80g protein shake immediatly after my workout. What is the optimal preworkout/postworkout amount of maltodextrin? It says 1 serving is 54 grams, which I could understand preworkout, but postworkout I imagine would be much more. How many grams do you all use?
