But, combing HIT cardio, and training w/ 30-45 second rest periods will shed weight quick

Morning cardio on a empty stomach. I love redline. It's a stimulant/fatburner. You can find the bulk powder of the ingredients and get more for your money. Just be careful with Yoho it is very very potent.I take redline be4 the cardio so I guess my stomach isn't truely empty. A 40/20/20 diet is good. Search in the diet forum for meal ideas.
