I took my ECA stack today and unfortunately we had a hard track practice today. Felt like my heart was going to jump out of my body. Should I just split the E and C pill in half and take half a serving?

this happens w/ a lot of ppl if taken near an intense workout...i only took it once b4 lifting and that was the last time
i did run it for a while b4 cardio, but again im not doing intense crazy sprints like you--i was doin low intensity, low impact cardio...not sure what a "good" replacement would be for your situation tho :(
Dude, if that pic in your avy is recent, I dont think an eca stack is really needed.
your young, active, and looks like pretty ripped, dont think you need it.

Had to chime in. DONT take ECA before your track workout, especially in heat, you will be asking for problems. ECA could be taken 45 min prior to weightlifting for a good boost of energy, but steer clear with high intensity cardio workouts PLEASE..
