Returning to the gym
I have recently returned to the gym after about 8 months of a hiatus. For whatever reason I let myself fall apart once I got engaged.
last June I weighed about 175 at 5'8". Had pretty much no belly fat you could see my abs, but I was in no way shredded. After being back to the gym I have not really seen any fat loss in my stomach area despite doing weight training 5x a week and cardio 4-5 times a week at 45 minutes a day.
I am currently 190 which to most is not FAT in anyway but it personally discusts me.
I was wondering I anyone could suggest the best supplement to help me lose some BELLY FAT as I refer to it. I will log any and all progress I just need the best supplement to use.
