leucine
Ive been hearing a lot about using this instead of bcaas recently. I can get it cheap as hell as well, so im definately thinking about trying it out. I was therefore wondering, what is the best way to use it (when, dosage etc). Any help would be appreciated.

Your better off just taking a broad spectrum of amino's instead of super supplementing with one AA at a time. You can over saturate the AA transporters that shuttle AA for the GI to the liver and so on. If you take a shat load of One AA that transporter will more than likely only transport that AA and have a reduced capacity to carry others. Each transporter carries about 4 different AA specific to that transporter. This practice over time may lead to a difficiency in the other three that shuttle with Leucine.
