iam thinking about doing this stack to get rid of some lbs iam not over weight but want to cut down alittle i have about 13%bf right now iam 5'11 186lbs and good muscle base is this a good stack and if so how should i take them iam also worried about loseing muscle thank you

do you do cardio with your workouts? or on separate days?

after my weight training 5 days a week 30-45 min a day.

~Take 4 caps LIPOFLAME pre workout
~Then take 3 more caps at Midday.
~ if you workout in the afternoon then switch doses and have 3 caps in the AM then another 4 Pre Workout.
On OFF days take 3 caps in the AM and 3 Midday.
Cla, Fishoils, and Sesamin take 1 cap of each 30 minutes before Lunch and Dinner
