Questions on Colostrum
ok the owner of my gym is an all organic food guru/ex-powerlifter
right now he is about 240lbs 18% at 6'1 he used to be around 260
he said the raw unpasturized bovine colostrum helped him get there,
i am most likely going to try this out and take 1 tbsp total a day for a undisclosed amount of time or till i run out of cash or dislike it.
do you guys have any exp. with this sort of thing let me know in this thread thanks
all i have read is that it help out with IGF-1 and some other stuff

Well it is packed richly with proteins and other nutrients. Very little fat and carbs are in it. I could see where someone could place it in their diet.

1 took 1tbsp of it for a month and noticed a little fat loss, but then again I was also taking clen and other stuff. I have always struggled with my fat. I am 6ft1in and 205 now. back when I was taking colostrum I was 235.

Research on Colostrum
There is significant research that points to elevated IGF1 levels when supplementing with colostrum. I suggest that colostrum be mixed with whey protein after workouts which also helps with the recovery and immune response.

For you guys that use this you can get it at feed stores cheap if they have a big selection. Here I can get straight colostrum in 10-15lb tubs.
