I had a blender and it broke. Wife is getting me one that is about $115, and she agreed to clean my mess every morning![]()
1 scoop Choco/Vanilla protein
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries
This is after a piece of fruit and my immediate PWO shake, drink this at home.
2 cups blueberrys
1 bananna
Oats
2 scoops whey
I am currently bulking
Clean bulking currently:
1 scoop ON pro
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
5g creatine mono
water
ice
Shake followed by a pro/carb meal 30 min later
Not bad....
Your combo can be dramatically improved by using Hydrolysate protein,I guess your dont follow Dr scott conlely.Also use during training.
Also The lower the GI of your carbs the better PWO.
That activated barley is the shit....Scary what that does....The best carb in the world!!!

Ya I didn't know what EVOO was either. My shakes use to just be whey+water first starting out 5 years ago, then got into dextrose/maltodextrin. I will change things eventually after reading up but for now I'm just doing dextrose/maltodextrin. Is it okay to take in some fish oil or olive oil with my PWO shake if it's whey+dextrose/maltodextrin even if it's just a couple grams?

14 grams or 120 Kcals per tablespoon according to the label. I guess maybe I only put one tablespoon in now that I think about it. I must say though I generally do a low or lower carb style diet both bulking or cutting with higher protein and good fats.
