x2...I take the same amount daily until I run out, then I take a break for a week and start over again.

I used to load but now I just take the same amount daily. I have never felt a difference so I think the loading is a bit of a waste.

I dont feel the need, but the literature shows that it is effective.

This is my basic thought process on why not to load

I do not load, but money should not be an issue. Creatine Monohydrate is CHEAP... and lovely . Five grams of Creatine Monohydrate is equal to a rounded teaspoon. Most bottles of creatine have roughly 90 servings, for a mere $19.99. Even if you load for a week or two, you will still have enough creatine in that bottle to last another few months.

Like I said- I do not load, but I do not think it is a waste. I agree 100% with IM708's diagram. Now if the anabolic effects of creatine were as strong as Test, then loading would make more sense. But since creatine does not need to be cycled, there is no need to quickly reach saturation... as where a cycle of test is limited, so quick saturation is a must.

    Hope I make sense

its not particularly the best because you will bloat kinda giving off a look where your not really losing weight, but then again some people say its good while cutting because it keeps your muscle from being lost while cutting and giving you a tight look, personally i cut without it then bulk with it.

And to the OP i have and Ive always loaded and gotten results.
