    jack3D try that. I dont like any of that shit cause i feel like i am coming down after. I run eca, stick to less then one min between sets and I get phenomenal pumps with nothing.

    one of the guys makes a very good point in that thread, just eat red meat in your diet once a day. I do that every day i have at least one lean steak. Maybe that is one reason why i get good pumps.

    lol a gay forum wow lol i eat about 3 servings of tuna after my workout 3 times a week, and the other days i eat 5 eggs after. and if im in a hurry after i workout i eat a 50g protein shake. but i never eat protein shakes on the regular because i like to get my protein from food

    Creatine gives me great pumps and endurance along with strength. It seems to give my heart sharp pains though.

    Not even supp material.. Its more of a conversation piece. LOL..... I always get good pumps... I was sore thursday from chest that i did monday... Towards the end i usually just try to do a nice strict drop set to failure. Always pumps me up nice.

    lol i know mybad man, but its a nice conversation piece haha. today i worked out my upper body and started the creatine cycle today, i had no option but to go to failure lol i just had so much energy. has anybody had carnivore from musclemeds, and is it worth the $$$

    Try taking 50 grams of whey and some simple carbs (50-100grams) post workout. Your body needs the quick sources then more then any other time.

    GMAN, naNO Vapor is NOT creatine. It is a "Pre Workout Vaso Dialator Massive Explosion Unanimous Raw Power Dynamite 100lbs in 10 Days Supplement".

    That does not mean it is creatine. Read the label. Creatine is included in the blend of 500 house chemicals included in Vapor.

    Try plain creatine monohydrate. After 2 months you should start to notice a slight increase in strength, which will continue to improve.
    Like bjpennn said, try Jack3d. It has only the essential pre-workout ingredients (imo), and it provides excellent concentration, focus and energy.

    But creatine cycle.... lol. If you run creatine for 10-12 weeks you may be dissapointed. OP, try running an external source of creatine daily. 5 grams mixed into your post-workout shake

    I agree with this and add that red meat does wonders for big pumps. I HAVE used NO-explode as well, but found that the above is just as effective and cheaper.
