I'm a begginer. I am about to start hitting thw gym an hour at a time 5 times a week. 2 days will be strictly intense cardio.
I've got my diet set all together consisting of alot of chicken, tuna, brown rice, vegtables, turkey sandwhiches and other stuff.
I've got a little bit of body fat on me, stomach wise but im slim everywhere else so my goal is to lose my body fatt while gaining muscle at the same time.
So what should I start out taking?
Whey, creatine, Glutamine?
