    What to start out taking?

I'm a begginer. I am about to start hitting thw gym an hour at a time 5 times a week. 2 days will be strictly intense cardio.
I've got my diet set all together consisting of alot of chicken, tuna, brown rice, vegtables, turkey sandwhiches and other stuff.

I've got a little bit of body fat on me, stomach wise but im slim everywhere else so my goal is to lose my body fatt while gaining muscle at the same time.

So what should I start out taking?
    Whey, creatine, Glutamine?

Glutamine is useless taken orally besides the fact it assists in immune system.

Whey, vitamins, BCAA, creatine, lots of water.

In brief: whey protein is designed for recovery and muscle building properties. Vitamins serve a ton of different purposes, google it. Creatine increases the availability of cellular ATP enabling more work out put during your training sessions.

Remember, all these answers can be found on google. Do your homework at try to find out what you can on your own before asking questions.

    Useless?

Is there another way I am not aware of to get glutamine in your system other than orally?

I thought it worked but only in large quantities at a time, like 15-20g.

Yes, through an IV drip. Studies have proven this and I wish I had them but I'm on a new CPU and all my old information is lost.
