    ZMA - Worth it?

I'm curious for peoples opinion on ZMA, when I was in high school my coaches swore by it and I was wondering about what others thought of it. Is it a necessity or just a few extra pills to swallow?

Been proven that it is pretty ineffective unless you take massive amounts, which is not advisable for a variety of reasons.

It was a hot product a while back when the supplement boom hit, but after a while just like most of the others it was shown to be a waste of money.

I see back and forth stuff on this substance. I think Swifto would probably be the guy to answer this question.

Too expensive in my opinion. Take Calcium + Magnesium before bed. Zinc throughout the day (make sure you don't mix with calcium supp).
