Any knowledge of what to take for cutting and strengthening, also bulking after weigh
Im needing assistance in what steroids to take and dietplans and workouts to do.... my current weight - 310 pounds
Before i had shoulder surgery i was benching 315, and squating 550. Thing is i wasnt fast nor in shape. My goals are to lose fat, bulk up and then cutt. After everything is said and done, i want to be past what i was doing in the weightroom, and be in shape. I also play football, so thats also part of it. I play defensive tackle. If anyone can assist in giving info, tips, and steps to take, and supplements to take. Also diet plans and workouts would be great. Thanks
