Fat burners
I guys this is my first post,I am having problems n deciding which fat burner to use can anyone help me? I've tried the most common routes as in green tea,caffeine etc and I lost 14lbs but I still can't lose anymore can anyone suggest anything..

Thanks for that but could you suggest a diet plan as I struggle with things like this due to my job being a long distance lorry driver who is away from home 4 nights a week I try my best and don't eat fatty foods or take away but it is still hard can you help PLEASE

Head to the Nutrition forum and post up what you are eating now. tell us if the 4 nights a week are consecutive or not. You are gonna need a coolbox too if you don't have one yet. Also post your stats age, height, weight, bodyfat and list what training you do.
