Down to another thread if got msm powder i take in the am. But, should this be pm being that alot of body repairs happen at night. ? I take this due to ongoing rotator cuff pain n i (stupidly i know), refuse to take time off gym.

As i havwnt got the arginine should i take more than 3g's pre workout. Less to 'grow into it' or keep to 3g's until i get more supps.
