q on l-citrulline+msm powder
Hey all. Im slowly building up a 'austinite influenced supp list', buying up to kg at a time.
Msm crystals
Down to another thread if got msm powder i take in the am. But, should this be pm being that alot of body repairs happen at night. ? I take this due to ongoing rotator cuff pain n i (stupidly i know), refuse to take time off gym.
l-citrulline
As i havwnt got the arginine should i take more than 3g's pre workout. Less to 'grow into it' or keep to 3g's until i get more supps.

Hey justin. I don't use MSM, But as for Citrulline, just stick to the standard protocol with your 3 grams. When you get your arginine include it, it will be a pleasant boost. You could also take a small dose of Citrulline a couple times away from your workouts to keep that blood flowing nicely all day.

so if i (and i felt a hell of a lot bettet) do just two weight session intense of course say like today at 4:30 then 7:30 meaning i have a proper meal instead of just a shake n less of a break 3gs each time is ok. I did it today. Felt good through both workouts. Did chest early n triceps late. ;-)
