Hi everyone just joined and excited to begin my supplementation journey.
I'm 35 and have been lifting since I was 20, but always trying to stay cut while putting on pounds, so its been a struggle. It's especially getting hard as I've aged, looking to stat maybe deca but concerned about the hair loss, was wondering if this would be my best option for finally putting on the size i want while staying cut and minimal sides, hairloss especially, thank you for any input.
