    MSM, Burdock Root, Glucosamine.

Your pain could be the result of an injury that you might not be aware of. I'd have that checked out, especially if it suddenly appeared.

A couple years ago I got tendonitis in my left elbow. At least that's what the doctors said. I got a wrap type thing that goes over my forearm right below my elbow. It helps. Now my right one hurts. Mainly when I go heavy on cable curls. My forms good so it's not like I'm tweaking it. Most doctors that I've gone to just assume the most common problem without Doing tests to actually find out

I am suffering tremendous pain in my forearms and elbows. I researched it and fount that it all fell under the category of Tennis Elbow. There are many exercises for stretching, this out. They help greatly, but my problems are not going away so fast. I can't handle dumbbells very good. It hurts like a MFKR, It was killing my workouts. Google Tennis Elbow, ...crazy mike

msm - improves collegen synthesis, mild anti inflammatory; 5 grams a day forever; takes about a month to notice some relief

TB500 - "healing peptide" - can actually heal tendonitis under most conditions. Actually heals instead of masking the pain

    msm - 5lbs = $34 and lasts 15 months - https://www.bulkfoods.com/search?ord...arch_query=MSM

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methylsulfonylmethane

TB500 - where I get my TB is having some issues with the website and is currently offline. Never really heard of bogus yet, as a simple peptide and inexpensive to make so no real incentive to counterfit (as far as I can tell). Look for the lowest price at the popular websites and you should be g2g.

Wiki doesn't have much on it = Thymosin beta-4 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

this has a little more; look for tissue regeneration = Beta thymosins - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Good Luck

I have been taking Super Cissus for many months. Is this recommended over it?

Do you take the 5g 1 time a day if so does what time you take it, does it matter? It seems many people take it, morning and night or even morning noon and night but if i can avoid that i would like to. how do you take it.

I had tennis elbow so bad it hurt to do little things like pour a glass of milk, turn a door knob, etc. Took a good 6+ months to fully go away and I had to make several changes in my workout routine as joint supplements, stretching and re-hab did absolutely nothing for me. I even got a cortisone shot which lasted about 3 weeks then the pain was back :-(

My chiro used a special kind of ultrasound and it finally went away after a few sessions.

Once I determined that my elbow, shoulder, and knee pain are not injuries, I'm just getting friggin old, I just ignore it. It's part of my workouts. Actually goes away during. Hurts like hell the day after. I'm spending too much money on supplements.

I also have joint pain in my shoulder forearm and legs and feel stiffness all over. Could it be because of a test cycle ?

    Cissus
    Glucosamine with MSM
    Fish Oil

I've even ran winny while on these compounds and not had any joint issues at very low bodyfat.

Joe, be sure your not vital D deficient. I complained of joint pain all over for years. BW showed low D. Once levels were up pain was gone. Levels around 80 now. Vit D3 5000iu x2/day with fat. Lesser dose did not work for me. It might maintain levels but did not get them up.

Glucosamine helped me with a knee injury I had a while ago from running. Kept me from the gym for almost a month hated having to work in a gym and not being able to work out.
