Omega 3 only, you shouldn't need to supplement 6&9.
oh but adding extra 6 and 9 wont do any harm? but otherwise its all good in terms of the omega 3 content right?
I don't know much about fish oil etc but heard EPA and DHA should be roughly the same amount or something along those lines
EPA and DHA do not have to be the same. If you're paying extra for having 6 & 9 in there, you're wasting money. Taking fish oil without vitamin E is also a waste.
Why is it a waste and how much vit e do I need?
Check the thread on amino acids/vitamins and minerals.
all right is this one okay
Solgar Vitamin E with selenium (50 caps) - Vitamins & Minerals - NZ Health Store
seems a bit high but its the only one i could find :/ you only take 90 iu so i guess 500 is too much. googled it and apparently too much is bad for you :/
500iu is not too much. I take 90iu (45 per dose) because mine is mixed tocopherol (alpha, gamma, beta, delta)
Gamma E Tocopherol/Tocotrienols, 60 softgels
shit that is expensive. Ill just take one a day or im gonna go broke. 42 USD and then they said they will advise what the shipping is and ill have to pay that on top... dont see why they couldnt have just told me the shipping rate on the spot oh well.
spent like 400 on vitamins this last week and having read your thread you must spend a **** TONNE a day on this stuff because you take literally everything under the sun
but thanks :)
Not really. Most of my stuff is powders. I make my own mixes. I pay about 10 to 15% of retail.
how you get it so cheap?
some you can find easy online, some you have to be licensed to purchase at wholesale.
with regard to that vitamin E; is that the place you purchase from? I assume you pay the yearly subscription fee to get cheaper prices or something :/
oh no wonder. thanks though
