I do think we can over do them. I don't take any of my supps on the weekend. To kind of let my body reset.
lol, of course. Anything can be overdone. Even food, water and air :p

This should be interesting. I've been wanting to cut almost all of my supplements if you don't notice a difference I'll try it.
